Job Summary:
As a Strategic Projects Lead (SPL), you will be the main point of contact for our top AI Lab customers and manage a team of talented domain experts to train frontier AI models—with a strong focus on domain-specific experts in the Legal field. You will ensure the highest standards in data integrity, scalability, and quality, overseeing the design and execution of workflows that structure, optimize, and manage large-scale data pipelines. In this high-impact executive role, you will report directly to our CEO and Head of Human Data, driving the future of legal AI integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own high-stakes AI training projects from end to end, ensuring top AI Lab clients are consistently satisfied with deliverables.
• Build, manage, and scale complex, domain-specific data pipelines, systematically improving efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage specialized teams of Human Data Managers and Leads who review and oversee the work of subject-matter experts in Law.
• Communicate directly and effectively with top-tier AI Labs on massive, high-impact projects.
• Collaborate with Human Data Engineers to define, track, and continuously optimize KPIs across expert-driven workflows.
• Provide executive-level insights, strategic forecasting, and operational updates on key projects and data performance.
• Report directly to the CEO and Head of Human Data, acting as a critical bridge between legal expertise and technological innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree is strictly required.
• Minimum of 2+ years in a leadership role driving operational processes, managing large-scale or domain-heavy data projects, or optimizing complex workflows.
• A strong background in data operations, engineering, computer science, or deep practical exposure within the Legal domain.
• Exceptional soft skills and stakeholder management abilities, particularly when interfacing with senior legal experts, corporate clients, and AI engineers.
• A resilient startup and entrepreneurial mindset, equipped with a willingness to grind long hours (including weekends) in a fast-moving, highly demanding environment.
• Deep passion for building systems from the ground up, identifying operational inefficiencies, and rapidly executing solutions in high-stakes environments.
