Job Summary:
Join our network of remote digital professionals as a Food Delivery App User Tester. In this role, you will leverage your firsthand experience as an active food delivery customer to help train next-generation AI systems. Your insights, real-world data, and feedback will directly shape how models learn, reason, and enhance the user experience across leading grocery and restaurant discovery platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage your active food delivery app accounts and order history to provide realistic user data and practical scenarios.
• Generate authentic search intents and meticulously document your user journeys on various grocery and food delivery platforms.
• Evaluate, annotate, and provide critical feedback on the relevance and accuracy of search results and app recommendations.
• Document your thought process and reasoning with clear, well-written explanations in English.
• Collaborate remotely with our tech teams to support ongoing AI training initiatives and model improvements.
• Identify usability issues, suggest platform enhancements, and flag inconsistencies across different delivery apps.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest app features, UI changes, and trends in food delivery and restaurant discovery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be an active, regular user of food delivery apps with a documented order history (Note: This role is for consumers, not restaurant owners or delivery drivers).
• Strong, intuitive familiarity with restaurant discovery, grocery delivery, and digital food ecosystems.
• Proven ability to create realistic search intents and accurately judge the relevance of resulting data.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clarity and detail.
• Proficiency in using modern smartphones or desktops equipped with various food delivery applications.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality, constructive feedback.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently to manage remote tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in beta testing, user research, or quality assurance for mobile apps and digital platforms.
• A background or strong interest in UX design, Artificial Intelligence, or digital product feedback.
• Broad exposure to a diverse range of food delivery platforms and regional markets.
